Committed to prison for four weeks, suspended for 12 months, with requirement to be under curfew for 12 weeks. Ordered to pay £50 compensation. Also admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour causing a person harassment, alarm or distress. Committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months, with requirement as above. Also admitted committing further offences whilst subject to order of conditional discharge and dealt with for original offences of assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty, possessing a Class C controlled drug, and stealing from a shop, and for each committed to prison for 16 weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months. Overall length of sentence is 16 weeks.
