Admitted driving a motor vehicle after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in 100 millilitres of breath was 130 microgrammes. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres in breath. Committed to prison for four months, suspended for one year. Ordered to comply with a supervision requirement. Fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding a driving licence for 30 months.
