WAYNE WILLIAM BENNETT, aged 28, of Poundbury Crescent, Dorchester. Admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis at Weymouth Police Station. Also admitted failing to stop after an accident on Maud Road, Dorchester. Made subject to a community order with a curfew for three months and supervision requirement for 12 months, and ordered to attend the low intensity alcohol programme. Disqualified from holding a licence for two years and ordered to pay costs of £85.
