MICHAEL TERRENCE COFFEY, aged 25, of 2 Squadron, Blandford Camp. Found guilty of driving a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 101 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order with requirement to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Ordered to pay £160 compensation and £700 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months. Admitted using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance. No separate penalty.
