FINBAR CLAYTON, also known as FINBARR JOHN CLAYTON, aged 27, of Stalbridge. Found guilty of driving a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 119 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Committed to prison for 8 weeks suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay costs of £800. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 48 months. Admitted using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour to cause harassment/alarm/distress. Committed to prison for 2 weeks consecutive suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay compensation of £50. Length of sentence is 10 weeks.
