Admitted failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £300 and ordered to pay £35 costs. Licence endorsed with six penalty points. In a separate case admitted driving a vehicle and owing to the presence of which on a road an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to roadside railings and failed to stop. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £35 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months. Also admitted failing to report the above accident. No separate penalty. Also admitted using a vehicle with tyre with insufficient tread, less than 1.6mm. No separate penalty. Also admitted a second charge of above offence relating to another tyre. No separate penalty.
